Eel is tricky to get right because some places don't focus on the texture and just assume the sauce will make it worthwhile. The eel here is sooo good

We ordered two of these large combos for only four people and originally thought we had over ordered. However we consumed everything. The difference from other sushi restaurants was the freshness. Every melt-in-your-mouth piece tasted as if it had been caught and sliced just moments before we were eating it! It could not have been better. The ginger and wasabi were also very fresh a tasty.
